Meet Kasia

Expertise in movement.
A personal approach.

Welcome, I’m Kasia.

I am a certified fitness instructor and Canfitpro member with 20 years of experience in the fitness industry in Poland and Canada. My approach brings together a foundation in fitness, rehabilitation and dance, with a focus on making movement engaging and accessible.

A foundation in movement and rehabilitation

I hold a master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Cracow Academy of Physical Education (AWF). My studies in anatomy, physiology and the biomechanics of human movement shaped my understanding of how exercise affects the body. This background informs my approach to exercise programs for people with health concerns, as well as those looking to improve their stamina and overall fitness.

Nearly 16 years of ballet and modern dance experience also influence my teaching. I bring a sense of rhythm, flow and enjoyment to my classes, helping participants connect with movement in a positive way.

Thoughtful fitness for every stage of life

My current focus is developing exercise programs for older adults, drawing on both my fitness experience and rehabilitation education. I am also a certified Pilates instructor and a yoga instructor. I enjoy sharing Pilates with older and younger adults alike.

Whether you are exploring fitness for the first time or building on an established routine, I would be happy to talk with you about your goals and the class options available.

Beyond the studio

Outside of teaching, I love spending active time with my children, Audrey and Brandon. Our annual cottage resort trip is a favourite family tradition — a chance to enjoy water sports, lakeside walks and time together.
